January is a time for making promises and resolutions, and at this time of year many of us are trying to shift the extra pounds we gained over Christmas – and trying to find foods to enjoy that are both healthy and filling! Popcorn is often seen as a treat food that should only be eaten occasionally, but when it’s prepared in the right way, popcorn can actually be a low fat, low calorie snack. In fact, there are fewer than 100 calories in 3 cups of air popped popcorn!

We’ll bet you already have the ingredients for salt popcorn in your cupboard! All you need to do is use your olive oil sprayer and then add a pinch of salt to your batch of air popped popcorn, then shake in a bag to coat evenly.
